Yoga Tips

First of ll we should know ,what is yoga.Yoga is a holistic system of health. It consists of a series of yoga stretches, called asanas, or postures, meditation techniques, breathing exercises and relaxation. Together these techniques to give your body a complete review of relaxation and clears the mind. At the end of yoga class that is in heaven outside, cold and quiet.
